@AdityaBirlaGrp My 70 plus year old parents have been sitting in the Aditya Birla Hospital. Mother is in tremendous pain and father is old. U r cheating people -OT needed for an injection that costs 150. Now says get admitted to get a shot! @narendramodi @PMOIndia @republic

@UPS UPS has returned my B2B shipment but refuses to give back original certificates that were submitted along with. Apparently, you have lost my certificates!!! Please return the certificates that were with the doc or pay the damage it’s causing!

@DTDCIndia My shipment was never attempted and the status shows office closed! I have given my residential address and no attempt was made. These are goods required to complete shipment of essential products. Call center numbers don’t work! What should I do?

@FedExHelp Sadly, your call center says talk to sales staff and the sales staff does pick up call for days on end. No escalation matrix shared. Wrong information communicated and poor support. Deeply disappointed

@FedEx @FedExIndia it’s been over 5 weeks and I am trying to send a shipment using my corporate account. Wrong rates shared multiple times, poor support and inefficient sales staff! Time to move to blue dart @BlueDart_
