Not 1 shot in this workout clip did he take more than 1 dribble. when I see pros workout it’s mostly “boring” stuff. Footwork, catch&shoot, 1 dribble pull up etc. Stuff that happens 90% of the game. But when I see most kids work out it’s on moves/shots they might do once a season
@CoachFernandez1 Most definitely can break down the shot in 1v1 situations (shot selection, release time, posture, the knee bend, etc.) Team settings are quantity, getting reps and implementing what you developed in individual settings.
@CoachFernandez1 I think quality comes from repetition. The more muscle memory you build the better quality of a shot. The quantity of shots you take, the more you can critique to create better quality.
Always remember your first impression on someone can leave them with the thought of you being the inspiration behind what they do or the motivation behind what they do.
Excited to be back at my alma mater @Milligan_Univ Thank you to @CoachRobBuffs for the opportunity to come back home! God is so good! Let’s get to work!
