@GavinNewsom That’s great news Gavin!!
I’m assuming that when you say FREE DIAPERS you will be paying for them personally and not using tax payers dollars to fund this.
That is very generous of you!!
But first! A story. Or rather, the prelude to an annotation I began a few months back.
(Time is a flat circle and all that jazz...)

Prelude to the Meta Mystery
:
I was a high school kid looking for a summer job. Didn’t really want a 9-5 - wanted something with more flexibility. Buddy of a buddy told me about this surefire way I could make as much or as little as I wanted. In fact, there was a “new location” opening up and they were having an info/hiring session tomorrow!
I roll up to the address I was given. “This can’t be right,” I said. But, buddy of a buddy after all…
So I enter what was, quite literally, a nearly abandoned office building.
::Excuse our appearance. Under construction.::
Dusty office room. A couple metal chairs. A few folks mingling about an ancient coffee machine. And a whiteboard on an easel.
Enter the exuberant used-car salesman archetype.
“Anyone here got a penny?” As he proceeds to pull out the knife of all knives - the most amazing knife in all the land - Look how it slices through this penny like… well like a hot knife through butter!
“Now, check THIS out…” as the used-car salesman archetype proceeds to scribble furiously on the white board.
::30 minutes later::
“And if you follow these steps - and put in the work! - you’ll be making 3k a week in no time. These things practically sell themselves!”
I couldn’t get out of there fast enough, and I often wonder if that experience is at the core of my utter disdain for sales, our materialist culture, and that bottom feeding, mid-level, Ponzi-suckling archetype.
Now, in an alternate universe, lets imagine a kid that says to himself, “Yeah, I can work with this, why not?” And this kid is actually pretty good at it - not because he knows anything at all about knives per se, but because he’s good (enough) at telling the story of the knives. He’s a poet and a writer after all…
Fast forward a bit, and this kid comes across another used-car salesman archetype - only this time, this time he speaks to the kid’s soul.
“Anyone here got a story?” As he proceeds to pull out “the second brain” - the most amazing software in all the land - Look how it slices through writers-block like… well like a hot knife through butter!
“Now, check THIS out…” as the used-idea salesman proceeds to type furiously into the discord.
::30 minutes later::
“And if you follow these steps - and put in the work! - you’ll be realizing your dream as a writer in no time. These stories practically write themselves!”
Premium package. A community of like-minded individuals. Access to the latest templates and how-to’s - Why, you can build your very own army of AI driven accounts to promote yourself! - and all he asks is that you use, promote, and link back to his product.

The kid finished copying the prompt onto the whiteboard and turned to face the poor saps who had wandered into the nearly abandoned office building looking to avoid a regular 9 - 5 gig.
“And if you paste this into your model - and put in The Work! -
you’ll be pumping out diluted versions,
masquerading as original copy,
across any number of accounts,
in no Time.
These things practically write themselves.”
@mikeyscott@JamesOKeefeIII@OKeefeMedia@RaelEnteen I wonder how many people you all work with that you think are stupid and you say that in private conversations. Are they really that dumb or do you over exaggerate.
Dude was being cocky on what he thought was a date.
Shame on him. He should know better.
