Awful experience with @British_Airways#BA115 seat is clearly broken and overhead cabin lock is broken as well!items fell out during take off and landing, posing significant danger! Cabin crew just brushed it off and said, send a complaint to BA! @DailyMailUK

@SingaporeAir what a way to start the year, stuck at the gate holding area since 2pm for a 2.40pm flight. Boarding only scheduled to start at 3.20pm! One can understand the impact of inclement weather but there is no excuse for poor communication!
