Instead of taking a post out of context, go read his posts and watch his videos. He is very clear about “trends” vs “forecasts.” His snow forecast for the last southeast event was very accurate. I know you’re not disparaging Chris. I’ve relied on his knowledge for years.

Yep. Once again, @ChrisWYFF4, for instance, continues to suggest he cares more about profiting off public sensationalism/surreptitiously misleading his audience than being credible and tactful.

Definitely not arguing with this point. I totally agree. I would just like to know how they determined the 45 minute line. I live around the 85/985 split, and I never make it to work in Atlanta in 45 minutes. The line here seems more like a 1 hour and 15 min line.

Atlanta’s housing didn’t slow down because we ran out of land. It slowed down because we ran out of commute.

This new map shows almost all new homes get built inside a ~45-minute drive from Downtown. Outside that? Growth collapses.

That’s why housing is getting denser and more expensive.

In both of UGA’s losses this year, there were a few similarities. Conservative play calling while holding the lead. Abandoning the tight ends. Coaches making statistically bad calls on 3rd and 4th down. Both losses were self inflicted.
