Sounds like a golden opportunity to start a worker-owned cooperative and undercut those greedy corporations.
Pay workers more, charge customers less, and put the billionaires out of business.
If greed is all that's keeping prices high, what's stopping you?
Thank goodness capitalism gives socialists the freedom to put their theories to the test.
“If you don’t have the cash flow to properly maintain…” & the ability to cash flow at market equilibrium prices is literally outlawed. Imagine capping latte prices at $2.50 then taking stabs at cafes for going under like it’s faulty business. These people are intellectual cancer
They all do this now. This is their last talking point. This is the housing debate in its final form. This is considered a smart and sophisticated retort in housing activist circles.
The dumbest people you’ve never met designed & approved half see-through bathroom doors with 60% of the shower glass door missing so that water sprays all over your bathroom floor despite trying your best to hide in the corner & keep the water low.. cough @MarriottIntl@Marriott
If you think having someone else manage your investments is strictly about
"can you do better than me (or index fund ___) from a total return perspective"
you've already lost the plot
Remarkable statistic:
Prior to Western Michigan, college football teams were 110,352 - 0 when leading after the end of regulation, dating back to 1869.
My take on Brad Dalke round today.
1. If you think he sucks all of sudden that’s on you. He sucked today. But he very literally had the LEAD in a DP event like 3 weeks ago.
2. That doesn’t mean +11 isnt bad, it is. And if you want to argue a sponsor exemption shouldn’t have been used on him, I would disagree but also understand people who had that view.
3. Expectations change everything. I would guess Brad went into the DP event with very little expectations. 36 holes in he was T2 or whatever. That changes things. And the “feel comfortable with feeling uncomfortable” takes time.
Id assume he teed it up today with different expectations and that feeling is probably uncomfortable. Guys on tour know they don’t have their best stuff they have experience to deal with it. For rookies, sponsors exemptions, things move fast once things go the wrong way.
4. The Yips are undefeated. I’m not sure that’s what happened but Brad had some real wayward drives today. And by all accounts it’s the strongest part of his game. But he struggled with yips as a pro and when shit is going bad old thoughts can creep in. Troy Merritt told me at each step of getting over the yips he battled them again. Meaning when he was in contention at a DP event and hadn’t yipped any in long time prior, they snuck back in. And it will take time to not have any when in contention.
5. Bad rounds happen, really bad rounds happen. He beat a Tour player today.
You can agree or disagree about Bryson DeChambeau but this Open commentary and analyst team is ridiculous. Constantly taking shots at him, calling him WWE and YouTuber and insulting him.
It’s disgusting and NBC should handle it.
@tomandmartys If this was Rory the R&A would have told Rory there’s an endangered bird nest near his ball and let him drop in the middle of the fairway
