@mountains_anna After my wife and I got married, we went to Thailand for a wedding with family believing her H1-B was good. An old visa issue forced her to stay there for a yr. I stayed there too as we went through the process. Never gave a thought to breaking the law to sneak her in.

@PoliticusSarah@PoliticusSarah Sorry about that. We @SnapStream are doing everything we can to fix this. We can't seem to get any info from @TwitterAPI support to get things back. Maybe @elonmusk will have something to say here.
@DnDBeyond Ahhhh, no thank you. Won't be buying anything more from Wizards for a long while -- The guy that owns every book in print and on DndBeyond to this point.
@DnDBeyond Well done. I know this was hard. I know it means you will face competition you were hoping to kill. I also know this will make you better and will serve the game we all love. Welcome @DnDBeyond to the rich new world of #OpenDnD
@rUADnDHomebrew Yes and it will be up for another couple weeks to make sure it sucks up all the outrage. The idea is to tamp down the outrage in public. It's already working.
As the community runs out of new things to say and @DnDBeyond grows quiet as the wave of cancellations crests, WOTC breathes a sigh of relief with victory in their grasp #OpenDnD . 😢😭😿☹️
@agarcia0730@DnDBeyond Read the draft. Realize they have been lying and misrepresenting things including the weaselly way they redefine "irrevocable" in their latest draft. Sorry, benefit of the doubt is gone.
@nodan_s@DnDBeyond It is deauthorized for future use in the draft of 1.2 they just published. I doubt they will backdown from that because 1.0a expressly allows things like competition with their upcoming VTT.
@DnDBeyond How about just putting in the words "royalty free" and go back to the proper definition of "irrevocable" as in you can never revoke it? By the way, that also means that you don't get to sever the entire agreement if one part of it is found unenforceable.
@khalan_06@DnDBeyond Keep in mind, he is also the guy building the VTT. He needs players locked into his inferior VTT. I would guess he is a big fan of the walled garden philosophy. I'm sure he's played DnD once or twice, but his living has been video games.
