@adamclanton @KitchenAidUSA @BestBuySupport Same thing happened to me. I fought @KitchenAidUSA for months for them to only tell me it’s not their problem. I’m assuming ASI appliances came to check it out? Also not very helpful. Good luck!

@KitchenAidUSA I bought a brand new dishwasher that was missing parts from day 1 and had a faulty motor. Nobody has resolved this issue in months. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. #pleasehelp
