@YanagitaRon@Splougy@CatholicDrip___ The problem here is that you're not understanding time on God's terms you're understanding time in your own human mortal capacity. God is omnipresent all the time so the thing about the sacrifice of the mass is it takes place at the foot of Calvary as Jesus is being crucified
Trying to dunk on Catholics by suggesting they wouldn’t adopt or at least accept and house and care for unwanted kids is bizarre.
As my husband said when we were discussing this: “For 2,000 years, we have been begging the pagans, please don’t kill your kids, let us take care of them.”
From Roman infants to Igbo twins, selective sex abortions to Pakistani baby girls, Catholic missionaries, orphanages, and individuals have stood in front of all the various faces of Moloch begging people not to kill their own kids.
The bar is literally in hell and people keep slithering under it.
Dear @McJuggerNuggets,
You just asked the world for empathy and sympathy because you aborted your unborn baby because you found out he had Downs Syndrome.
I'm not sure if this is some sick humiliation ritual, or you and your wife are simply dead inside, but I'd like to show you what you just ended for the sake of convenience:
People do realize, right, that on any day their child could suffer an accident and be brain-damaged for life -- and while the burden that would place on parents would be heavy and grievous, it doesn't mean you get to opt out by putting a damaged person to death. Right???
You cannot claim that you’re aborting your Down syndrome child because you don’t want him to “suffer.” First of all, killing a child so they don’t suffer is psychopath serial killer logic. You’re on the same moral plane as Andrea Yates. Second, children with Down syndrome are famously some of the happiest people you’ll ever meet in your life. They are not in fact living in a state of perpetual torment. So what’s really happening is that you’re killing your child so that YOU won’t suffer the inconvenience of caring for him. This is about freeing yourself of your own perceived suffering. If you’re going to be a child killing sociopath, at least be honest about it.
@ChristianWifeMo@Splougy How do you know something is a sin?
Can a husband rape his wife?
Can a wife give husband oral sex to his completion?
Is abortion a sin?
Are there different kinds of sin?
And who determines that?
Scary version: you.
A 15-year-old British girl in Leamington was gang-raped by Afghans. She recorded everything on her phone, begging “Help me, please help me, they’re going to rape me.”
Her lawyers said the footage couldn’t be released — it would cause riots across the country.
So the truth is suppressed to protect the narrative.
Afghan rapists. British child victim. Evidence hidden.
This is the grooming gang nightmare on steroids.
The British people deserve the full truth — no more cover-ups.
I’ve had a hard time focusing today. I just can’t quite put down that despicable post from the man that aborted his daughter because her test results indicated she likely had Down Syndrome.
As the father of a daughter with DS, I know the statistics (I also know how the conversation goes with the Geneticist…), but to see someone publicly announce the murder of their child, and with such egocentric disdain, just has me very upset today.
Lord, have mercy
Christ, have mercy
Lord, have mercy
God in heaven, thank you for the gift of my Ellie.
@Dancr200@acottagemouse Doesn't this feel impossible? I don't just struggle, I'm unable to do this. I need my own time outs to get ahold of myself.
Why can't they just behave, the little idiots? They infuriate me.
@NumberCrun77@allie__voss Why the fuck would i do that after 17 years ? And where do you get off insinuating that I'm that type of person? You're the real trash and I'll pray for you because you REALLY need it
@NumberCrun77@allie__voss You add the passcode to your phone when you get it and put your card on right at the beginning of having your phone no almost no one doesn't use their phone for payment. I'm not trying to defend anything my husband and I have the same passcode and have for years we don't care
@ducinaltumus@Joeinblack@Pontifex I thought they were just from whatever St. Vincent de Paul gives you from the stash?
If it's industrial I need to sign my son up for the next parish trip to Rome
@MrsMassacre I don't even want to come see the wildlife because i feel like there are too many people there and i don't want to contribute to the problem. I agree with everything you are saying!
@Mariean_w I'm team buy stuff. My hospital only gave me a cheap peri bottle and a couple extra cold pads. I bought a good peri and a box of cold pads for #2, no regrets.
