@ptuns MAID is legal, and I spent 15 years in LTC, there are things far worse than dying. My sister is terminal, and has deciding once chemo stops working, MAID is her choice. Palliative care has for years given morphine every 4 hrs to dying people, what do you think that is?

@ericvideos91 MAID Is a choice, a choice made by the person choosing it. After working in LTC for 15 years, I know there are worse things than dying. No one is forcing anyone or encouraging it, it is an option. Maybe not a choice you would make, fair enough, don't tell me I can't though.

@latterdaylaura We are kinder to our pets than we are our people. After spending 15 years working in long term care, I truly understand that there are worse things than dying. My body, my choice, end of story. Don’t want MAID than do don’t use it.
