@CoachDavidKlein Would help youth leagues recruit new coaches - primary excuse for not wanting to coach is lack of experience. Would be helpful to ask how many practices they have before their first game so your tool could set up a plan that covers all critical skills over that # of practices.

@Mitch_Seattle I think it’s more that they believe this is just a stepping stone for Fisch and his crew. No one I’ve talked to believes he’s here for more than 2 or 3 years so it’s hard to get fully behind him and easy to criticize esp with the poor game mgt - even with the good recruiting

@xanbarksdale Especially at the younger ages: 1. Recruit parent volunteers 2. Run stations and switch often - don't stick with a drill "until they get it". Introduce and reinforce over many practices 3. Keep them moving and keep it fun
