I am so proud of Dr.@JLaabei who bravely joined me in @tcdTBSI as our 1st PhD student. She set up the lab, got through Covid, performed superb preclinical studies on NOX2/NLRP3 axis in TBI, and on Mon she triumphed in her PhD viva!
She's a super💫 Lucky to have mentored her! 👏

Elderly patients especially with early dementia often suffer delirium during acute illness. This public event will discuss delirium through the perspectives of the patient who experiences delirium, the doctor who manages delirium and the neuroscientist who studies delirium.
Thanks for the shoutout to “Dublin, Trinity College” @tcddublin in tonight’s missing vowels @OnlyConnectQuiz@VictoriaCoren - I make my own Walls as revision tools for our Immunology students - if you ever need a TB-themed set of clues let me know 🤣👍🏻
