Pokémon x McDonald’s Japan is officially Pokémon Summer Mac.
The campaign page shows staged reveals:
July 10: Summer Chance Bag + Tokuni-naldo
July 16: Burger reveal
July 31: Happy Set details
July 20-Sept 1: McDonald’s locations become Pokémon GO PokéStops in Japan
So this isn’t just a one-day drop. It’s a full anniversary campaign.
The big collector question: can McDonald’s manage the hype better this time?

@guinnesschen This is helpful but why can't we have cloned threads and the project being built on the location we chose? I build some projects with Openclaw just for this use case and I would much rather make them in Codex.

@SUR393 @openclaw Agents with limited context to only their job that can be reached anywhere. Owning the personal memory instead of codex. Mixing in multi LLMs into one. It gets narrower every week, It does turn lesser LLMs into Codex rivals on features but not intelligence.

Why is this so hard to update? I need a guide to figure it out? Do you guys just not get it????? How has such a great thing turned into such trash? I am 8 mins into having codex trying to update it giving it the stuff the terminal gave me and your guide and its having trouble. I gave up months ago on just telling it to update itself after needing to restore back ups on 4 in a row to get it back running.

I use Grok to brainstorm and review but never to actually do anything. It finds options Claude and GTP never find for builds and and feed that mostly to Codex to make things happen. Sadly being on a cost limited sub means alot even if I have to plan it doing work in off hours. using $100 in a day of Claude to troubleshoot its failings is not a thing I do anymore.
