@Natures_Voice Heard an unusual and fairly loud bird sound and managed to spot the culprit. Apologies for the poor quality, it didn't stay for long so no opportunity to get a better shot. Could have been a warbler, seemed to be of that size. Any ideas what it could be? #rspb

They need to be informed that we have been placing our bins in this location for years. How do we report the missed collection when option not available for both properties? @VeoliaUK @ContactCroydon @LMChan83 Thanks Yas. It was reported within 48 hours of a missed collection last week and it wasn't collected (mine and neighbours). I've done the same again. So presumably we should be getting all bins collected in the next day or so?

Our blue bin is now full with cardboard and paper waiting to be collected for recycling, which should have happened a week and half ago. Quite a few bins altogether unemptied - all reported. Hopefully this pic will help crew find them

@VeoliaUK @ContactCroydon. I've just sent another DM to Contact Croydon. Our plastic recycling not collected. Now have two full recycling bins and food waste waiting to be collected. Getting fed up now. Needs resolving ASAP. Recycling crews need to know.

@ContactCroydon @VeoliaUK Thanks. I've just sent you a DM. Grateful if it can be acted upon. It is getting very frustrating being one of several residents here who want to fully participate in kerbside recycling but are having to deal with regular missed collections. Recycling is important!

@ContactCroydon @VeoliaUK I tweeted two weeks back as my elderly neighbour's recycling wasn't collected. This week both mine & hers have been missed. Whilst placement of bins are back from road, we have prior agreement with council. Please can you properly resolve this. #Croydon

@VeoliaUK @ContactCroydon @Veolia Thanks but if you read further up I said I tried to do that on neighbours behalf and it said their bins weren't presented for collection and so no option to report, but the picture says otherwise....oddly bins now gone so either my neighbours gave up or they were emptied.

Recycling crews in Purley have just collected plastic and food waste from one set of bins but ignored the other two sets, one of which belongs to an elderly neighbour. What's going on here? How are Croydon going to get good recycling rates? @contactcroydon @Veolia #croydon
