@teacherhead @WALKTHRUs_5 “helping” is such an important thing to emphasise isn’t it. You’d want the people delivering CPD to be clued up enough to know what they should pick, but maybe use Chloe as a second pair of eyes for a sanity check (as deciding on and delivering whole school CPD can be lonely!)
