@a_longhurst The term "lockdown" was literally written into the Ontario Government news release. Media & public simply called it what the government named it. At least 38% of Cdn population were under "lockdown rules".

How blessed is my family that every year my mum gets to take this handsome 88-year-young #KoreanWar vet to lunch and thank him for his service. #RemembranceDay2021#BestStepDad
My Great Grandfather served with the Calgary Field Ambulance in WWI. Spent 4 years crawling through muddy battlefields to help the wounded regardless of what uniform they wore. One of the fortunate to come home. #RemembranceDay2021
Oh deer! Somebody accidentally left their stuffy at our Stockyards clinic yesterday. Not to worry, #TeamVaccine is keeping it safe until its family comes by to take it home.
In the meantime, this little deer has been busy making new friends and helping out!
One of those 26,000 was my step-dad Norm. Joined the navy at 18 & served in the Korean War on the HMCS Athabaskan as a signalman. 70 years later he’s still proud to have served his country and we are grateful for his contribution to defend democracy 🤗
More than 26,000 Canadians served during the Korean War – 516 service members never made it home. They fought to uphold the ideals of peace and freedom, and today, on Korean War Veterans Day, we reflect on the contributions and the sacrifices they made. https://t.co/HS9fJ9dRs3
@bcohenn@TorontoStar Thank you for writing this story. So many clinics have started experiencing this and it’s tremendously stressful for staff and volunteers.
