@ContactKingston for the 3rd week running our food recycling bin has NOT been collected. It has been outside the property next to our other bins that have been collect I can understand the refuse collectors may think itโs a bit heavy, but there is 3 weeks of food waste within it

@RBKingston this tree that was planted about 3 years ago out the front of our property has never taken and the recent wind has had an effect as well. Can someone please come remove what could potentially fall at any point?
@virginmedia The graphs I sent in my original tweet are from a RaspberryPi that is connected with ethernet cable directly to the Hub3. It is currently setup to automatically run a speedtest (on https://t.co/eyeFiuws4s) every 30 minutes. Attached are latest run & last 12hrs & 72hrs graphs
@virginmedia we pay for 200mbps and over the last 2 weeks we have not seen our speeds go above 100mbps. in the last 4 days we have seen between 60 & 80mbps. Right now our speed is actually 3% of what we are paying for! Can you explain to me why this might be? #CustomerService
@virginmedia Hi, I have checked for faults in my local area, run tests on your site, restarted my router, even managed to catch an engineer and he checked that everything was connected as expected. Still I get these extremely substandard speeds.
