@theaps89@BBC6Music @pinkthom haha! yeah it was the matching boiler suits that made it for me, and also how they decided to only play songs from an album that no-ones ever heard of. amazing.
Shit year but good time for reading! Here’s my 2020 book stack. Not pictured but also read:

The podcast version of the interview I did with @ChambersLeigh is now available. We chat about Cambridge, weekend party culture, university and quarter life pressure. We also talk about music influences, from @erolalkan, @boysnoize to the Cocteau Twins. https://t.co/AJbiu89yPE
I’m very excited that my novel Quarter Life is now available to buy online! If you’re interested in getting your hands on a copy, here’s a link https://t.co/wCbdvvFqEy
Thank you @analogsubpress for getting it out there 👊👊👊👊
@RoofTopBangbanG @analogsubpress @PaperAndInkZine Hi Chris, you should be able to get it by the end of the month. Delivery to the USA won't be a problem (I don't think) :)
@PaperAndInkZine I think it’s fair enough to give up whenever if you’re not feeling it. In saying that though I finished The Castle by Kafka a few months ago and it was like grinding my teeth against a brick wall. Glad I stuck with it though! Kind of loved it.
@PaperAndInkZine I was chatting about this with a mate last night - he was saying blurbs are shit and the best approach is to read the first page. That way you get an idea of the style and the foundation of the story should be there - if they're any good. I agree
@jimmmmmbo Sounds negative when ppl say ‘it made me feel sad’ but it definitely did - but in a good way. That sweet sweet sadness. Nah gotta leave it as is sir!
