While Rly. is doing laudable work but it needs to have introspection on little shortcomings which deprives the pleasure of travel fo many. One example is the distance of foot pads in Shatabdi chair cars which many short people do not reach ; r forced to hang their legs.
@ANI I have not seen LOP talking sense any time during his total Membership. The sister does not good in finding faults with others instead in his brother. I am sure both brother sister duo are accelerating the demise of Congress Party.

My front load LG washing machine is giving a tough time. Though it washes clothes but in it's spin cycle, it starts jumping and moves around by about 90 degrees. Efforts made so far to set it right have yielded no result. Could the company depute some expert to do it right ?
@AshwiniVaishnaw We as passengers were stranded for about 45 minutes inside lift at platform no.2 of Dwarka Rly station. We a group of 9 senior citizens & one toddler had a harrowing time inside lift gasping for breath. Even a complaint to 139 was of no help.
@AshwiniVaishnaw I had sent a mail to your office on that day itself. The staff at Dwarka Mr. Pappu Kumar & Dhiresh Kumar whom I met after this incident had no regrets for their inaction. I am just reporting so that no one goes through this ordeal, bringing bad name to Railway.
