I’m only physically able to paint using my mouth. I’m paralysed from the top of my shoulders down.
@AdamMeakins Hi Adam. Think non-op - suprascaular nerve block +/- proceed ablation if works for pain. This deformity has developed over years. Mri ?syrinx. Surgical - CTA large head hemi single op opposed to grafting glenoid then subjecting elderly pt to second op for staged reverse TSR.
In children with elbow 💪 injuries, worth considering neurovascular status 🤔
Why? = it is estimated that 10% of 💪 injuries can have neurovascular compromise 👀

@kashakhtar Kash, person in question is a relative first + doctor second in this situation + should not have asked to be in theatre in first place. You need the correct boundaries. What if they start giving suggestions during case? Not appropriate. You need full focus for best result
