@DrPatrick Dr. Soon-Shiong, please help. My close colleague & mortgage underwriter — a devoted mother of a 7- and 9-year-old — is in the final stages with metastatic melanoma stage 4. She’s been told she has only 6-12 months left. We desperately need to save these children from losing their mom.”
She has undergone multiple procedures, most recently lymphodepletion chemotherapy + lifileucel (TIL therapy) followed by IL-2. Despite this, her disease has progressed. As the developer of ANKTIVA (nogapendekin alfa inbakicept) — an IL-15 superagonist that boosts NK and T cells — could this or related therapies (possibly via expanded access, trials like QUILT, or Compassionate Use) offer her a path forward
Please point us in the right direction for ANKTIVA or any ImmunityBio options for post-TIL metastatic melanoma. Any guidance on clinical trials, EAP, or specialists could be life-changing. Thank you for your groundbreaking work in immunotherapy. DMs open or contact [your email/phone]. #ANKTIVA #Melanoma #CancerResearch”

Bail out, you have to be kidding me. How many share holders got F**ked over two times on both bankruptcies. Then a bonus to Ted Christie CEO 3.5 million in the last hr before bankruptcy. Disgusting should have took Frontiers offer. GREEDY PRICKS.. Biggest Example of Ponzi scams of the Stock Market
We urgently need the release of Antikva for the long COVID trial. I’ve been on this journey to obtain this treatment for myself. Not only am I a staunch believer in Dr. Pat’s remarkable work and unwavering dedication to humanity, but I also recognize that millions of people like me are enduring the daily struggle of persistent SARS in our systems. I’ve truly invested interest in @ImmunityBio’s financial and health for its quick succession.
@bullishbruk Penny flippers can buy and sell these for small amounts. This isn’t a stock to make a few dollars; it’s a CURE that will change the world and bring fortune to those who believe in it.
I’m deeply thankful to Saudi Arabia for approving ANKTIVA (from @ImmunityBio $IBRX) in lung & bladder cancer — a huge step forward!
Soon the EU too (conditional nod already).
It sickens me that the FDA won’t approve it broadly for all lines of cancer defense.
In the last 3 months, I’ve gotten more calls about young people getting different cancers so young. We need better options NOW. Dr. Soon will get the Nobel Prize of Medicine for @ImmunityBio

@GovRonDeSantis GovernorDeSantis,
as a committed Florida resident and business owner who relocated to this state from New Jersey 11 years ago, bringing my family and my business investment with me. I now find myself truly questioning my decision to remain here due to a final issue that feels like the straw breaking the camel’s back: the current state university admissions process.
My concern centers on my daughter, an exceptional high school senior with a 4.1 weighted GPA and over 450 community service hours completed. She has applied to top Florida state nursing programs. Despite her stellar academic record and deep commitment to her community, she is being informed that her standardized test scores (SAT/ACT) are not high enough to secure a spot in a state school here in Florida.
It is crucial to note that my daughter is a student with a504 plan. She is academically driven and highly capable, yet she struggles specifically with high-stakes, timed standardized testing environments. The current, rigid reliance on these test scores fails to holistically assess a high-achieving student like her, effectively punishing academic excellence simply because she is not a strong test-taker.
As a dedicated taxpayer in this state, I find this situation deeply frustrating. Since moving here, our costs—including property taxes and car insurance—have increased significantly. We have paid into Florida’s system for over a decade, yet we are now forced to look and pay for expensive,out-of-state schoolsbecause the State of Florida appears to be prioritizing metrics over the proven dedication and academic performance of its own resident students.
My core question is this: Why is Florida not taking its highly qualified, in-state students first? Why must Florida families invest their hard-earned money out-of-state when their students have demonstrated excellence and loyalty to their home state?
I urge your administration to review the admissions criteria for Florida’s state universities to allow for a more holistic evaluation that appropriately weighs high GPAs, comprehensive transcripts, and extensive community service for in-state students—especially those with documented accommodations like a 504 plan—over rigid standardized test score cutoffs.
I need an answer regarding the state’s commitment to prioritizing its resident, high-achieving student population. I can be reached directly at

@megynkelly@aboutKP Megan, please convince our president to save multiple lives plagued by cancer and the COVID-19 abomination. Let’s save lives! #TheRealDonaldTrump, we want to know the president who cured cancer, assisted FDA approval, and saved lives. #Anktiva@drpatrick@ImmunityBio
It’s completely mind blowing how these so called insta bozo @adamfeurstien gives his opinion how the effectiveness of #Antikva because he has a biology degree. Well you better do your homework, it’s the only proven evidence that the IL-15 superagonist N-803 identified two genes in natural killer (NK) cells, ARIH2 and UBE2F, that can be deactivated to make NK cells more sensitive to IL-15. This allows the NK cells to more effectively target and kill cancer cells. The word is Adam it’s been Proven successfully. Stop the propaganda. @drpatrick
