When people say AI will make any form of art and show laughably bad visuals, they know it’s bad. The tech has to be universally adopted to succeed and they’re trying to create enough groupthink of “this is cool, right guys?” to prep the market. The emperor has no clothes.
Sometimes it feels like the world we knew ended in 2016. It was just before Trump, before AI, before misinformation became daily life. Years like 1969 and 1999 marked big cultural shifts, and I think 2016 will be remembered the same way.
