Today we welcomed former TDA student Mia who graduated from drama school LAMDA with a degree in stage management. Mia worked with our Y10 drama students, telling them about drama school, the industry and showing them how to create prop drinks! @DukeriesAcademy

Our KS3 Enrich programme was in full swing today, with students rehearsing in Choir &Music and making Christmas gifts in Textiles &Construction. Our Volunteering group were out gardening at the local Church and Young Enterprise were selling sweet bags at lunch! @DukeriesAcademy

Today we launched this years Enrichment programme for KS3 who will have weekly lessons in subjects not on the curriculum - brass, Japanese photography, psychology, politics, trampolining, world sports, sensory art, singing creative writing, first aid and more! @DukeriesAcademy
