أكثر من 100 يوم في الحبس الانفرادي:

#شکیلا_قاسمی، مواطنة #بهائية والجرم الغير مكتوب اسمه «المعتقد».

تجاوزت عدد أيام الغموض وعد�� اليقين في قضية #شکیلا_قاسمی، المواطنة #البهائية البالغة من العمر 26 عاماً، حاجز ال 100 يوم. شكيلا، التي اعتُقلت في 2 فبراير/2026 بكرمان، أمضت أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر محتجزة بين جدران السجن العالية في السجن الانفرادي، في وضع معلّق ومصير مجهول.

ووفقا للتقارير، فإن شكيلا، التي كانت تتمتع قبل اعتقالها بصحة جسدية ونفسية كاملة، تعرضت خلال فترة احتجازها لضغوط شديدة أثناء التحقيقات وعزلة تامة، ما أدى إلى إصابتها عدة مرات بحالات صدمة عصبية ورعشات جسدية حادة، وتم نقلها إلى العيادة الطبية داخل السجن.

▪️ الاضطهاد الممنهج: سلاح ضد الأقليات.

إن استمرار احتجاز شكيلا قاسمي دون توجيه تهمة رسمية لها، وحرمانها من حق الوصول إلى محامٍ، يمثل صورة واضحة لقمع حرية المعتقد والاضطهاد الممنهج الذي يتعرض له المواطنون #البهائيون في #إيران. إذ تسعى السلطات في الجمهورية الإسلامية، من خلال استخدام اتهامات أمنية م��كررة ومختلقة، إلى تحويل الحياة اليومية للأقليات الدينية إلى ساحة صرا��.

إن استخدام الحبس الانفرادي بحق شابة ليس ضرورة قانونية، بل أداة للتعذيب النفسي ومحاولة لكسر إرادتها.

في هذا النهج، يُنظر إلى كل مواطن يقع خارج دائرة المنتمين أيديولوجياً على أنه «آخر خطير»، وتُنتزع منه حقوقه الإنسانية الأساسية بذريعة «الأمن القومي».

إن القلق العميق الذي تعيشه عائلة قاسمى، إلى جانب تدهور الحالة الصحية لشكيلا، يمثل صرخة في وجه هذا الظلم الممنهج. فشكيلا، وكل من يقبعون في السجون لمجرد معتقداتهم، هم ضحايا نظام يرى بقاءه في إقصاء وقمع تنوع الأفكار.

إن أكثر من 100 يوم من الغموض والاحتجاز دون حسم تمثل وصمة على جبين عدالةٍ مضى وقت طويل منذ أن تم التضحية بها في هذه الجغرافيا!

در تاریخ ۱۳ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵، فلورا صمدانی در #یزد دستگیر شد. این بازداشت پس از آن صورت گرفت که او و همسرش، احمد نعیمی، به ادارۀ اطلاعات احضار شدند.

پس از حضور در محل، خانم صمدانی را بازداشت کردند. سه روز پس از آن، همچنان هیچ اطلاعاتی دربارۀ محل نگهداری و وضعیت او منتشر نشده است؛ موضوعی که موجب نگرانی خانواده‌ شده است.

همچنین تاکنون هیچ جزئیاتی دربارۀ ماهیت اتهامات و شرایط بازداشت او منتشر نشده است.

با گذشت سه روز از بازداشت فلورا صمدانی، شهروند بهائی ساکن یزد، توسط نیروهای حکومتی کماکان اطلاع دقیقی از سرنوشت و محل نگهداری وی در دسترس نیست.

فلورا صمدانی روز یکشنبه ۱۳ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۵، در جریان هجوم نیروهای حکومتی به منزل شخصی‌اش بازداشت شد.

نیروهای حکومتی ضمن تفتیش منزل، برخی از لوازم شخصی وی را نیز ضبط کرده و با خود برده‌اند.

تا زمان تنظیم این خبر، از دلایل بازداشت، اتهامات انتسابی و نهاد بازداشت‌کننده این شهروند بهائی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است. 
گفتنی است که، فلورا صمدانی همسر احمد نعیمی شهروند بهائی است که پیش از این نیز به دلیل باورهای مذهبی خود بارها با بازداشت و برخوردهای قضایی روبه‌رو شده است.

🔶آزار سیستماتیک؛ وقتی «باور» جرم تلقی می‌شود

آنچه بر شهروندان بهایی می‌گذرد، صرفا یک پرونده قضایی نیست، بلکه ��مودی از آزار سیستماتیک و سیاست ممتد «دیگری‌ستیزی» در ساختار جمهوری اسلامی است.
حکومت با استفاده از اهرم اتهامات واهی امنیتی، تلاش می‌کند تا سرکوب عقیدتی و مذهبی را زیر لوای حفظ امنیت ملی پنهان کند.
در این دیدگاه، هر کسی که خارج از دایره‌ خودی‌های مورد تایید نظام باشد، به عنوان یک «تهدید» بازتعریف می‌شود. این فشار مضاعف اجتماعی از محرومیت از تحصیل و کسب‌وکار گرفته تا حبس‌های بی‌دلیل هدفمندانه طراحی شده تا اراده‌ زیستِ مدنی اقلیت‌ها را درهم بشکند.
بازداشت‌های بی‌دلیل و بلاتکلیف، ابزاری برای شکنجه‌ روانی است تا هزینه‌ داشتن یک باور متفاوت را به بالاترین حد ممکن برساند.

Vafa Kashefi Held Without Charge in Mashhad

It was learned on 30 April 2026 that Mr. Vafa Kashefi, a Baha’i resident of Mashhad, remains in detention at Vakilabad Prison since his arrest on 21 April 2026, with no progress in his legal case.

He was initially arrested on 11 January 2026 at his home and was released about a week later on bail pending further proceedings.

Mr. Kashefi was later summoned to the Mashhad Prosecutor’s Office on 21 April 2026, and after presenting himself, he was re-arrested and transferred to Vakilabad Prison.  The authorities have provided no information regarding the reasons for his current arrest, nor any details on the nature of any formal charges.

بين عامي 2017 و2020، أقام أزواج بهائيون 43 دعوى قضائية للمطالبة بتسجيل عقود زواجهم، وقد قبلت المحاكم بصحة 27 منها. غير أنّ هذه الأحكام الصادرة لصالحهم أُلغيت لاحقًا.

في يوليو 2024، تفاجأ أحد الأزواج، عند تجديد بطاقات الرقم القومي الخاصة بهما، بأن حالتهما الاجتماعية مُسجَّلة على أنها “أعزب” و“آنسة”، رغم أن المحكمة كانت قد صادقت عام 2016 على زواجهما المعقود في عام 1993. وعند الاستفسار، تبيّن أن قطاع الأمن الوطني أصدر توجيهات لم��لحة الأحوال المدنية بتحويل الحالة الاجتماعية لجميع البهائيين من "متزوج" إلى "أنسة/أعزب"، ووقف إصدار وثائق الزواج وقيود الأسرة الخاصة بهم كليًّا.

ولا يزال زوجان آخران، مضى على زواجهما 45 عامًا، مُدرجَين بوصفهما “أعزب” و“آنسة” في مستنداتهما الحكومية. وقد صدرت هذه التوجيهات عن وزارة الداخلية المصرية.

Pia Maria Wieninger, Deputy Chair of the Austrian Parliament’s Committee on Human Rights & Secretary of its Foreign Affairs Committee, signs a statement calling for the immediate and unconditional release of Peyvand and Borna Naimi, alongside all unjustly imprisoned prisoners of conscience.

Peyvand and Borna Naimi have been arbitrarily detained since January and March 2028, respectively. They are currently at imminent risk of losing their lives.

This statement joins a growing chorus of parliamentarians and human rights advocates worldwide calling out Iranian government's ongoing persecution and scapegoating of the Bahá'ís in Iran.

When the Egyptian state refuses to register a Bahá'í marriage, the consequences extend far beyond the couple. Their children cannot be registered in government records. They are denied essential services including immunisations and school enrolment. The family has no legal standing to claim inheritance, custody, or pensions. Residency and citizenship are denied—even when every legal requirement is met.

Between 2024 and 2025, at least six documented cases saw the "marriage" field on Bahá'í national ID cards changed to "single" by the Civil Status Authority, on instructions from the Ministry of Interior. Couples who had previously won court rulings affirming their marriages found that, when their IDs were renewed, their married status had been reversed.

Serious Health Concerns for Angha Siavashi Detained in Shiraz

It was learned on 30 April 2026 that concerns have been raised regarding the physical and psychological condition of Mr. Angha Siavashi, a 19-year-old Baha’i detainee, who is currently held in custody in Shiraz.

Mr. Siavashi was arrested on 7 April 2026, at his family home without the presentation of a judicial warrant and was later transferred to Adelabad Prison in Shiraz.

His aunt, Ms. Pouneh Rouhizadegan has stated that he had been undergoing medical treatment prior to his arrest, and the abrupt discontinuation of his prescribed medication could pose serious health risks. He has not been allowed access to his necessary medication while in detention.

Authorities have recently informed his family that his physical and mental condition was “serious.” The family were threatened with the possibility of not seeing him again.

As of the time of writing, no information has been released by the authorities regarding the reasons for his arrest or the nature of any charges brought against him.

Three Baha’i Women Transferred to Prison in Kerman to Serve Sentences

On 25 April 2026 three Baha’i women from Rafsanjan, Didar Ahmadi, Boshra Mostafavi, and Nahid Naimi, were taken into custody and transferred to prison in Kerman to serve their sentences.

Mrs. Mostafavi is currently pregnant.  A doctor has confirmed her pregnancy and recommended that she be granted leave from prison and requires medical leave on 30 May for a pregnancy-related test. However, the presiding judge rejected these requests, stating that she would be provided with a special diet in prison and that the detainees would not be placed in quarantine but transferred directly to the ward.

The three were each sentenced to four months in prison by Branch 7 of the Kerman Province Court of Appeals. They had been tried on 14 May 2025, on charges of “propaganda in favor of groups or organizations opposed to the Islamic Republic.”

Ms. Ahmadi, Mrs. Mostafavi, and Ms. Naimi were initially arrested on 7 June 2020, after intelligence agents searched their homes. They were subsequently released on bail pending the outcome of legal proceedings.

Earlier, Branch 3 of the Rafsanjan Criminal Court had acquitted the three due to insufficient evidence; however, the ruling was later overturned following an appeal by the prosecutor of Rafsanjan.

Authorities have not issued any official statement regarding the implementation of their sentences.

في مصر، لا يُعترف قانوناً إلا بعقود الزواج المُبرمة وفقاً للشعائر الإسلامية أو المسيحية. وحتى عقود الزواج البهائية المسجَّلة في بلدان أخرى — بما في ذلك، في بعض الحالات، عبر السفارات المصرية — لا يُعترف بها داخل مصر.

كما تنصّ المادة 134 من اللوائح الداخلية لمكتب الشهر العقاري، الصادرة بناءً على تعليمات وزارة الداخلية، على حظر تسجيل عقود الزواج المدني للبهائيين. ولا يُسمح في مصر بتسجيل عقود الزواج المدني المُبرمة في الخارج إلا إذا كان كلا الزوجين مُسجَّلين كمس��مين أو مسيحيين في بطاقات هويتهم. ويترتب على ذلك حرمان البهائيين من حقّ توثيق عقود الزواج المسجَّلة في الخارج، وإغلاق مسار كان بعض الأزواج قد لجأوا إليه سابقاً.

ونتيجةً لذلك، لا يمكن تسجيل عقود الزواج البهائية قانوناً، ولا يُعترف بالأسر البهائية في إطار القانون. ولا يستطيع الوالدان إثبات علاقتهما الرسمية ببعضهما البعض أو بأطفالهما، الأمر الذي تترتب عليه آثار واسعة تشمل الميراث، وحضانة الأطفال، والمعاشات، وتصاريح الإقامة، وقدرة الأمهات المصريات على نقل الجنسية إلى أبنائهن.

Rethinking development means rethinking who drives it. In a recent conversation between Augusto Lopez-Claros (@alopezclaros) and the BIC’s @DanielPerell, for the Global Governance Forum (@GlobalGovForum), Mr. Perell said that lasting progress starts with communities themselves.

- Development can’t be rushed—consultation, learning, and agricultural or social transitions take years, not months.
- The most powerful innovations often come from within communities, with institutions serving as accelerators rather than directors.
- Economic growth matters, but it’s only one piece of a much bigger picture. Agency, cohesion, inclusion, and shared purpose are equally essential.
- Scaling progress doesn’t mean scaling control—local voices must shape national and global agendas.
- Moral and spiritual values aren’t luxuries in development; they’re drivers of trust, motivation, and resilience.

In an unexpected move, over 40 percent of Qatar’s Bahá’í population faces imminent expulsion from the country.

The Bahá’í International Community is alarmed that the Qatari government is carrying out a deliberate campaign of religious erasure aimed at one of the religious communities that has been present in the region for over 100 years, and whose presence in Qatar—well before the establishment of the modern Qatari state—is documented as spanning many decades.
