@AerLingus Why do your Customer Service and Reservations phone number just 'beep beep beep' then disconnect, EVERY TIME?
I cannot get in to change or get a refund for flights happening in a couple of day.

@Ryanair Also, when we call the 0818 number it just disconnects, so you don't even seem to be answering the phones. You give details to get refund but then none of the methods work. Customer service at its best - NOT. @SkyNews@IrishTimes@Independent_ie
@Ryanair My daughter has just got notification that her flight to Denmark has been cancelled. She went in to manage her booking and selected Refund. Once the passengers were selected, and she went through the process it says it cannot find here booking. WHAT IS GOING ON????

@British_Airways Still waiting 8 weeks after you cancelled our BA55 flight to Johannesburg. I have sent a twitter message to BA with details again. No reply is not what I would expect from a FTSE 100 company. @SkyNews
@RevenueIE From what my account says, your transfer of the details sis not work correctly for some, including myself, so I cannot manage my credits. As a result we cannot run a payroll till they can get through to you on the phone, which nobody is answering.@RevenueIE
@RevenueIE Just been with my accountant, you have my tax credits screwed up. Been told cannot get paid until you sort it. Always on hold to help desk. How do I pay my mortgage etc without getting paid? If we get it wrong, you fine us β¬4,000 with no appeal. Some new system??

@eircare Itβs not been fully resolved, called 1901 and they say there is still a problem with a number of customers, so itβs not completely resolved.
