@AmericanAir Our GRR-MSP flight was canceled last night and our ORD-MSP flight was canceled today after a lengthy delay. We had to spend $400+ on a rental car and drive to make a hockey event in Minneapolis. Still waiting over an hour for our bags. Can someone help?

@Hyatt @HyattConcierge I attempted to complete an award booking before the May 20 pricing change but received repeated errors and called Hyatt before the deadline. Due to hold times, pricing changed before I could get help. Guest Care denied my request. Can someone review?

@traffictom8 @vlimadesign You are in the news...of course you know testing has increased. I see your co-worker Luke Stile, tweeted they same numbers but also said “KCHD tells me testing has tripled in the county in the past two weeks”. That info is very helpful to ease panic.

@traffictom8 @vlimadesign Definitely more testing. Look at the Kent County Health Department website and watch the update from Dr. London. Please spread facts before fear.
