The Lord Jesus Christ: my strength, my shield, my song, my satisfaction, and my Savior. I can turn to Him, trust Him, thank Him, and give tribute to Him.
Dear Lord, as we worship you today, may we look back with gratitude. May we live today with a desire to know you, and to make you known. May we look forward with focused urgency to walk with you, please you, and accomplish your agenda until you call us home.
“Bethlehem Ephrathah, you are small among the clans of Judah; one will come from you to be ruler over Israel for me. His origin is from antiquity, from ancient times.” (Micah 5:2)
Dear Lord, as we open your Word today, may we be convinced that your plan for your church is to communicate your message of salvation and redemption to our world by the way we walk with you and by the way that we talk about you. But may our walk speak louder than our talk.
Because he lives, I can face tomorrow. Because he lives, all fear is gone. Because I know, I know he holds the future; And life is worth the living just because he lives!
