My students earned their capes by activating their “Reading Super Powers” during Independent Reading. They are SO motivated to become “stronger” readers!

In today’s Super Reader lesson students got to activate their “Pointer Power.” They found, pointed to, and read words all around the room. They also celebrated how strong their “Reading Muscles” are getting. #WeAreReaders

Getting ready for the week. I’m so excited about our upcoming reading unit! The theme is “Readers Have Super Powers.” We have some fun things planned for the students! @prekkinder1 @CESMustangs1

What better way for us to determine the position of the sun at noon, than to #takescienceoutside & observe it ourselves? Students enjoyed our outdoor excursion & afterwards EVERY one of them could tell me that the sun is at its highest point at noon! @prekkinder1 @CESMustangs1
