OUTAGE ALERT [6/2, 11:40am]: At ~11am, we experienced an outage affecting Downtown Truckee and W River St. This was in addition to the planned outage in Sierra Meadows.

OUTAGE ALERT, 4/7, 12:15pm: We are currently experiencing an outage affecting approximately 2,000 customers in Tahoe Donner. Crews are responding and investigating the cause. We will update when we have an ETR.
Crews are still working to remove the tree from the road, and a small number of customers remain without power. This section of road is currently fully closed. We anticipate that we will be able to open one lane around 11am, and that the road will be fully open around noon. (2/2)
ROAD CLOSURE ALERT, 4/2, 9:30am: Northwoods Blvd between Davos Dr. and Christie Lane is currently closed due to a tree down. Around 1:30am, a tree came down into a power pole due to high winds. TDPUD crews worked overnight to fix the broken pole and restore power. (1/2)
OUTAGE ALERT, 4/2, 7am: TDPUD’s system experienced a few outages overnight due to high winds and storm weather. As of 7am, approximately 2,000 customers in the Donner Lake area remain without power. Crews are working to restore power. We will update when we have an ETR.

Winter is back! TDPUD and @TruckeeFire are calling on our community to “adopt” your nearby fire hydrant, and keep it clear of snow and ice.
Work together with your neighbors to clear a 3-foot perimeter around the entire hydrant, and make sure it’s visible from the street.
Due to hazardous weather conditions, the TDPUD office will close at 3:45pm today (2/17) for the safety of our staff. Customers needing to pay their bill in person can use our on-site kiosk or our payment system through local 7-Eleven locations. We appreciate your understanding
