My friend’s younger brother started his first office job at a pretty normal corporate company.

One of the perks is pretty simple: if you’re still working after 7 PM, the company gives you $30 for dinner.

So he started staying late.

Not because he had that much work.

He just noticed something about the way the dinner credit worked…

Every night around 7:05, he’d order dinner for himself and 2–3 coworkers who were also still there.

They’d send him their share.

He’d put the whole order through the company account.

The company paid the $30 they were already giving him, everyone got dinner, and nobody had to pretend they bought something they didn’t.

Then he realized he could do this basically every night.

He didn’t find a loophole in the policy.

He found a business model inside the employee benefits page 😭
