@Fearnecotton hi, I had a pleomorphic adenoma in my parotid gland on the right hand side of my face. I had my parotid gland removed and after biopsy, was told it was benign. I was worried that removal would result in 'dry mouth' as its the main saliva gland. Not at all. Good luck
