If a school isnt going to release staff time to work with trainees, they shouldn't take trainees.

If a teacher or leader doesn't have time to work with a trainee, they shouldn't take on a trainee.

These are baseline professional behaviours, and I'm really struggling to empathise with cases where this isnt happening. You cannot run a functional organisation like this.
