All the Bluejay Pride was on display during today's homecoming parade! By hosting this event during the school day, it gave all #BFCSD students an opportunity to join in on the fun!
If you think being a leader means you’re the important one, think again. A good leader is someone who focuses on bringing the best out of those he leads, not someone who is focused on his status and importance as a leader. #edchat#leadership
Hard days are inevitable. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed or there’s something inadequate about you! Learn to accept bad days for what they are and move on. Tomorrow is always a chance for a better day. #edchat
One of the most frustrating things for me as an educator is watching my colleagues struggle, hearing everyone- including admin-complain about their work and watching as no one steps in to offer help and support. No matter why teachers struggle, they deserve tangible support.
You may be the boss, but you’re not a leader simply because you’re in charge. You’re a leader when you encourage and empower your team to be their best selves. #edchat
Are you your biggest critic? When that inner voice is constantly pointing out our flaws and mistakes, it can be hard to see the good in ourselves and in our lives. Do what you can to silence that voice—I can tell you now, it’s wrong. Be kind to everyone—including yourself.#edchat
These displays are now ready for you to stop by for a fun photo opportunity to capture the start of the new #BFCSD school year. When posting, be sure to include #WelcomeBackBluejays!
Tough way to end the season, but could not be more proud of the energy, enthusiasm and effort the team brought this evening and this season! Thank you seniors Addie, Megan and Riley!
