While you're having fun laughing at Ron DeSantis, remember this:
Morgan Stanley just credited Bidenomics with revitalizing the domestic economy, "driving a boom in large-scale infrastructure ... manufacturing construction has shown broad strength." #Bidenomics is working.
Thank you to everyone at @ODUFootball for the countless memories on and off the field these past 4 years. I am excited and grateful for my next opportunity at Oklahoma State University. #GoPokes
@Acyn MTG cannot be serious here right? Those seeking to come here from South of our border are not driving tanks and firing missiles…you get that right MTG? If not you are beyond hope…
Instructional leadership is not about improving teachers; It is about creating the conditions where teachers can improve themselves. @SteeleThoughts#essentialtruths
There’s a difference between writing a good lesson plan and being a good teacher. And there’s a difference between writing a good school improvement plan and being a good leader.
The difference is found in the human connections.
I love the fact that every day we go to work, we can make a difference.
Maybe not a big difference, but lots of little differences. And those add up.
We can support a colleague, connect with a kid, make someone smile… or their burden a little lighter. That can be tomorrow!
Principals… before you can be an “instructional leader”… you first have to be a good colleague. You have to be a good supporter. You have to be a champion for those you wish to lead.
This reporter displays the exact type of thinking regarding the teaching profession that has resulted in the largest teacher shortage in American history.
How do you like them apples? 😜😔

Tips for new admin:
1) Assume your staff want to be good at their job. Give them the benefit of the doubt.
2) Trust their professional judgment.
3) Involve staff in decision making when possible.
4) Communicate to your staff that you value them.
5) ALWAYS have their back.
@NEAToday The normalization that it is okay for teachers to have to work beyond the school day to get it all done….entering the same data in 5 different places…TEACHERS DESERVE A WORK LIFE BALANCE
“Great schools are not just led by the administration; they are led by teachers too. In great schools everyone owns the vision...and everyone is on a mission.” #EssentialTruths@SteeleThoughts@ToddWhitaker
If educators want to work an extra job that is fine, but it shouldn't be necessary in order to survive.
But, I would love to start a thread of teacher-run businesses. If you are a teacher and have a business, please share the details.
Teachers supporting teachers.
