#LongCOVID was a pt-identified condition. 1/3 had no pre-existing conditions. Validation of life altering sx like brain fog, fatigue, sensory changes (anosmia, dysgeusia) is therapeutic. Diagnosis helps w/ planning. Most pts improve in 12-18 mo.
