@katisara @gthielmann There is so much opportunity in collaborating with EAs. My 1st contract was in a segregated sped class in 2000. I had 3 EAs (not all at once) but started my career alongside EAs was such a gift. Many of my teaching colleagues didn’t have this and believe they must lead EVERYTHING
