My normal stance is to always back the union.

I oppose the early opening of schools; but I also believe in staff unity.

If you believe your Headteacher has considered your health and wellbeing as much as is reasonably possible, offer them your full support.

After staying home for 12 weeks, this makes an absolute farce of my isolation. I'm back to work tomorrow and I don't feel safe.

@Teacherglitter I trust my SLT and know that they are carrying burdens beyond my comprehension. I wish I could say the same about the government.
