@teachteKBeck @alicekeeler I use "Choice Eliminator Lite". Just have a question that includes choices of "Spot 1", Spot 2", ... "Spot 40" or the like and require the question.

Every superintendent and school board member should read this article. A decade of toughening teacher evaluations and tying it to standardized tests have shown no positive impact on student learning. It has only decreased morale. Stop the madness.
