Hey @lufthansa we saw your crew loading and then unloading our luggage @Airport_FRA . Why did they unload it??

@lufthansa allowed our plane to leave at 11:40pm even though @Airport_FRA is closed at 11:00pm but didn’t manage to put a SINGLE baggage on the plane, except for its own crew’s.

On the plane, they told us to download the app and submit a report. When we tried to do that we got this error report. @lufthansa

@lufthansa Please send our entire plane’s luggage. You left knowing full and well everyone’s luggage was in Frankfurt. Everyone except your own staff. Seriously???
