@washingtongas couldn’t care less about their customers. We have no other option for gas supply so they know we have no control. We have called them 14 times begging to have our gas turned on. Crickets. No gas. Lots of promises. Negligent company.
@washingtongas after negligent technician lied on the report that no one was home and left my house without turning the gas back on, five (5) days have passed and still no gas. @washingtongas not responding to our emergency. Customer service trained to lie to their customers.
