It’s official! 🐐
Tom Osborne—championship coach, public servant, youth mentoring pioneer, inspiration to millions—is the 28th member of the Nebraska Hall of Fame!
I am beyond humbled to have led the charge to pass this historic honor into law this year.
Congratulations, Coach Osborne, on this well-deserved honor and on making Nebraska history!

First Lady Suzanne and I had the honor of recognizing five spouses of recently retired @NENationalGuard members by presenting them with the new Nebraska National Guard Military Spouse Service Ribbon.
This new ribbon recognizes the meritorious service, sacrifice, and invaluable contributions military spouses make to the readiness of the Nebraska Army and Air National Guard.
Behind the brave men and women who answer the call to serve are spouses and families who make sacrifices that often go unseen. Thank you to all military spouses for your unwavering support, dedication, and service to those who serve our state and nation!
Investing in the resilience, strength, and security of Nebraska’s most critical energy infrastructure.
Thank you to @Energy Assistant Secretary Katie Jereza for your partnership and commitment to helping Nebraska make this important investment! ⚡️💪🇺🇸
Nebraska ranks #1 in the nation for jobs!
With one of the nation’s lowest unemployment rates, the 11th-highest number of job opportunities, and the 3rd-best job security, it’s no wonder Nebraska tops the charts.

Yesterday, our Southwest Nebraska Energy Tour stopped at an ethanol plant in Trenton.
Here in Nebraska, cornfields are oilfields! 🌽
Nebraska-grown energy provides massive value for our farmers and supports American energy independence. 🇺🇸
The First Lady had so much fun at Weeping Water Elementary reading with the 4th and 5th graders yesterday! What a wonderful group of bright, enthusiastic students. Nebraska’s future is in great hands!
Visited Trenton and joined families, workers, and community leaders to discuss how the state is supporting Nebraska’s energy sector and the water resources that are so precious in this part of our state. On my watch we increased the state’s investment in the Perkins County Canal project and sued Colorado to secure the water rights to which our producers are entitled.
My Southwest Nebraska Energy Tour continues with a visit to Berexco’s Spring Canyon oil field in Hitchcock County.
This is value for Nebraska landowners and energy dominance for America. 🇺🇸
From oil to biofuels, Nebraska is an energy state. I’m honored to be on an Energy Tour across southwest Nebraska today to see firsthand how Nebraska-grown ethanol is providing massive value for Nebraska’s farmers and ranchers, while supporting American energy independence and dominance.

Nebraska will miss this legend! Congratulations to @KentPavelka on a stellar career and a lifetime of unforgettable calls. Here’s to one more trip to the Big Dance! 🏀🌽
BANGARANG! 🔴⚪️ #GBR
I am inspired by Nebraska’s next generation of leaders! I joined students from across the state for great conversations about education, leadership, and the future. One thing is certain: Nebraska’s future is bright!
ICYMI: My Administration continues to invest in community water systems across Nebraska, enhancing our water infrastructure and saving taxpayers and ratepayers millions of dollars.
Plattsmouth’s water infrastructure was severely damaged by the 2019 floods. Through this program, the community can rebuild its infrastructure, protect taxpayers, and secure a clean, safe, and reliable source of drinking water for years to come.
Nebraska has about 40 water infrastructure projects planned over the next two years, backed by $220 million in state revolving funds. Officials highlighted the program during a visit to Plattsmouth.

Our @NEStatePatrol Troopers are part of the thin blue line of law enforcement shielding our society from anarchy. This incident is another example of their bravery and heroism, and I am proud beyond words to be entrusted with their leadership.
Thank God this Trooper is safe and secure, and may God bless and protect every Trooper, Sheriff’s Deputy, and Police Officer across our state.

I have been relentlessly focused on this issue since my first year in office, when it became clear that data center power consumption was hurting our public power system’s ability to serve new economic development projects. I called for a time out when few others were focused on the issue.
⚡️We’ve made real progress in making it possible for data centers to build their own behind-the-meter power so they don’t grow on the backs of Nebraska ratepayers.
💧I’ve consistently fought for commonsense water monitoring to protect our precious water resources.
💰And I signed an executive order and partnered with key senators to undo the taxpayer giveaways to Big Tech data center giants by past legislatures.
🪨Fought against radical liberals who want to shut down cheap coal electricity.
🇺🇸We must win the race for AI/superintelligence dominance. We must do so while protecting our resources and keeping energy affordable for families. We can do both and we must do both.
Towering above the Nebraska plains, Scotts Bluff National Monument has been a landmark for travelers for centuries.
Once a guiding point for pioneers along the Oregon, California and Mormon trails, these dramatic bluffs now offer a chance to walk in the footsteps of American history.
More safe drinking water is coming to Nebraska communities!
Plattsmouth received over $60 million for water infrastructure projects that will help secure safe and reliable drinking water while protecting vulnerable water sources from flooding.
This new, resilient infrastructure will help safeguard the community’s drinking water supply and support its recovery from the devastating damage caused to Plattsmouth’s wastewater facility by the 2019 floods.
These projects are about more than pipes, valves, and equipment. They’re about protecting public health, supporting communities, and investing in their futures.
Protecting Nebraska ratepayers and our natural resources, including our water and land, remains a top priority for my administration. That’s why I created the Data Center Task Force through an executive order.
Yesterday, the Task Force held a productive meeting and continued its important work of finding the right approach for Nebraska.
We can welcome investment and new opportunities to our state while protecting everything that makes Nebraska such a great place to live, work, raise a family, and be an ag producer.
I recently participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for CLAAS Manufacturing’s new Research and Development Center in West Omaha!
This nearly 45,000-square-foot facility represents a $10 million investment in Nebraska’s future and reinforces our state’s position as a national leader in agriculture and agricultural innovation.
Investments like these strengthen our economy, create opportunities, and demonstrate why Nebraska continues to be a great place to do business.
