Who doesn’t love a Venn diagram? We first put this together ahead of the @IFOMPT conference in 2016 (alongside @MichaelRathleff ) & still use it today.
Does this resonate with how you treat people with PFP?
We use this slide in the epidemiology section of our ‘optimal assessment & management of PFP’ course.
It is designed to highlight why PFP is a) such a frustrating presentation for clinicians & patients & b) why it interests us so much!
In summary, so much more work to be done!
Thank you @Simonthephysio and @Brad_Neal_07 for the LIVE online PFJ course. Great course, very informative, thank you for sharing your expertise ! @TEAM_PFP

@Connect2Physio@simonthephysio @Brad_Neal_07 @DMGPhysio Thanks guys. We keep it simple - knee cap pain.
Like the sensitivity explanation (rather than injury) & we try to conceptualise relative to why an individuals pain may have started &/or persisted, which we refer to as drivers.
Definitely agree with dropping syndrome!
Wow! 😱 He did it again!
This PhD thesis doesn't stop receiving awards 🏆
