Thanks to @MBGov grant via the Arts, Culture, Sports in Community Fund our ice surface renovation is complete!

“The old barn” has new insulation, lining, heaters, electricals& new door.

Thanks to all involved. We hope it prolongs the building's long term use to the community!

Nice to see the kid following CB’s career progression track winning the Virden Men’s Bonspiel at a young age and competing and currently undefeated at a national junior championship…. well…. I guess CB skipped the 2nd part…. Keep it going boys, we’ll hold the fort at home

4-0!!! With a win over Team Ontario 1 the boys stay undefeated at the Canadian Juniors and remain tied for first in our pool. We now play against our friends Team Manitoba 1 tomorrow at 6:00 pm CT.

Team Freeman U 18 have been having a great time at the Canada Winter Games! We have won our first 3 round robin games and sit tied for first in our pool at 3-0. We play our friends Team Nova Scotia in the final round robin game at 12:00 pm to try and earn a bye to the semi final!
