We take Health insurance bcoz we don't want tension during treatment of our loved ones.
But taking Insurance from @Niva_Bupa was the biggest mistake, Cause the harrasment for getting a claim of just 1 lakh ...after paying 60,000 premium.. is at another level.

@NivaBupaSupport This is the mail that they are sending to me after submitting everything online 3-4 times. Now they want me to pay courier charges and get harrassed again.. so that I give up . I want this to bring into the knowledge @IndianGov if they can take some strick action on this company
@NivaBupaSupport Your company clearly wants to harrasment the customer to a level where they give up and forget the claim. Please can anyone provide me a suitable platform where I can raise this dispute and make people aware about not taking #nivabupa insurance. I will port my 5 others as well.

We put a cashless claim of 102970
They rejected the claim of 1029700
May be becoz they thought it's above sum assured
We had to pay cash at hospital in Urgency.
Reimbursement also not done yet
