Play is colourful is dancing is nostalgic is mirror images is capturing moments is telling people you love them when you have the chance #TeamEdSheeranThailand
Ed Sheeran on the Men’s Health Icebreakers episode just gave one of the most relatable fitness transformations I’ve heard:
He used to smash fast food, chain-smoke, and drink every night.
Now he trains like an athlete — legs one day, arms the next, reformer Pilates, yoga, swimming, running. Variety keeps it fun.
The biggest surprise? His cravings flipped naturally. The more he trained, the more he wanted rice and grilled chicken instead of chips and takeaways.
He didn’t go cold turkey on beer or pizza — just learned moderation: one beer a week instead of every night. Same with wine and kebabs.
Travel is still the hardest part (time zones, planes, bad options), but he’s figured out how to stay consistent.
Biggest payoff? His live shows are more energetic than ever. He can run around the stage for two hours without getting out of breath — something he couldn’t have done 10 years ago.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing up, mixing it up, and letting the habits shift naturally.
What’s one small change you’ve made to your routine that quietly snowballed into something bigger?
Or what’s the habit you’re still trying to moderate without going full cold turkey?
