Decision of IHC bench comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb & Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz annulling the proceedings conducted so far in the cipher case is a whiff of fresh air in an increasingly stifling environment. While quashing the proceedings so far, the court observed that notifications issued regarding conducting the trial in jail were against the law & spoiled it including the indictment of @ImranKhanPTI & Shah Mahmood Qureshi. It is that rare moment in the recent history of judiciary when hope is spurred that justice may, after all, prevail in the end. And it must because a society bereft of justice is a society caught up in an irreversible cycle of decay. For it to regenerate, it requires more of such decisions upholding the letter & spirit of law. It’ll not only uplift the society from its present state of despondency, it will also chisel fresh paths for it to pursue on course to salvation. Most importantly, it is hoped that better sense will prevail among the perpetrators of this fake trial & justice will henceforth be served in all its dimensions because a decision announced otherwise will carry no credibility & will be summarily rubbished in the court of the people.

I was sent a box of shoes from someone I know, it was delivered to my house by their driver, two days later the police turned up at the drivers house, harassing and threatening his poor family and forcing him to say that he came to deliver a box of drugs at my place.

This is what happens when criminals run a country. Not only do they post crooks who are incompetent to important positions, but they also try convince the nation that everyone is as crooked as them.
It shows the desperation of this criminal enterprise, just to get me disqualified or jailed, they are willing to fall to great depths.

نیب اور ا��یکشن کمیشن میں کچھ جان باقی ہوتی تو بیک وقت قومی خزانے اور جمہوریت (انتخابات) پر اس بے رحمانہ حکومتی یلغار کی راہ روکتے۔

انجینئرڈ اور جھُرلو انتخاب قبول نہیں ہوں گے- آزادانہ، منصفانہ اور شفاف الیکشنز ہی ملک کی ضرورت اور پاکستان کو بحرانوں سے نکالنے کا واحد راستہ ہیں۔
