(2) onboarding training is now mandatory (through @CitImmCanada). (3) previous designated employers under this program will have to re-register with the new requirements, the date in which you can do this is unknown at the moment.
There are some changes to the Atlantic Immigration Program now that it has transitioned from a pilot to a permanent program. Some major ones are: (1) intercultural competency training is now required (through @ANC_of_NL or @FrancoTnl).
