I had a moment to think about state of Polish CS, but isn't it a state of CS overall?

I went through every role in my gaming career, been leading and been learning.
Did my goods, did my wrongs. Got my lessons.
I lived and breathed CS over 23 years, and it wasn't pretty, but you need to really put your heart out if you want to succeed.

It is a huge topic.. but few examples of what I noticed in this time, and I don't feel like it changed for much better:

a. There is a lack of respect to other players, not only inside the team, but also to the scene overall.
Younger players, or even older ones don't understand what people are doing for them inside the team, whether it is manager, coach or other player.

🔊Don't overthink, try your best to make your team better, respect your peers.
Respect all the help you get, it will make you better.
People bring more than only frags to the table.

b. If one player dislike other he will say bad things about them, and create a 2-3 person union inside the team, maybe create a bad vibe outside.

🔊Some issues are more complicated than what we think, some are very simple.
It's imprtant to have an honest talk in teams, before they implode.
Be direct about the issues, but remember that there are always two sides of the story, talk and resolve.

c. Players think about their statistics over winning a round.

🔊There is no better feeling than winning.
Thinking about statistics will make you a worse player, worse team and worse teammate.
Counter-Strike is a team game, where individuals can shine. Not a game for 5 individuals.

Nowdays we have skill and knowledge
but we lack respect, trust and leadership.
