@boohoo_cshelp@boohoo I have a gift card that has a 24 month expiry date but I cannot redeem it on the app. FAQs say to contact customer service but they have just told me that my gift card has expired even though it hasn’t. Please can you resolve this

@boohoo are FXXKING THIEVES TOOK MY ROYALTY MONEY THEN LOGGED ME OUT AND NOW I CANNOT LOG BACK IN BECAUSE THEIR FXXKING LINK WONT SEND TO MY EMAIL TO RESET PASSWORD, WHICH THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO DO RATHER THAN USE MY PREVIOUS PASSWORD.
