@boohooMAN I was promised resolution within 48 hours, yet I have received no update whatsoever. Nearly two weeks later, this situation has been handled appallingly. Your lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I have no confidence left in your service.
@boohoo_cshelp I am vfrustrated with the handling of my order placed on 19th May. The est. delivery 24May, which has passed, and it has now been nearly 10 days with no delivery. DPD have confirmed the parcel was returned to you, there has been no update & the order isn’t resent
